90s vintage Ingersoll moon phase watch with stainless steel case and light brown leather strap
Inspired by our fascination with the celestial, the moon phase is viewed as one of the most aesthetic and collectible watch complications. Unfortunately, these pieces are often very much out of reach.
This model has a date function and a gorgeous dial with a vintage design, which makes it a truly original and remarkable piece.
Please note that I cannot guarantee the accuracy of the moon phases displayed. They do evolve as the month goes by but seem to have more of a decorative function, which does not take anything away from the romantic charm and visual appeal of the watch.
The watch is in excellent condition overall, despite some minor signs of wear. The case was probably gold-plated originally but the plating seems to have been polished off by the previous owner, giving it a nice steel finish. The glass is scratch-free. The Rotary replacement strap is new. Please see the pictures.
